Vineyard and terroir
The high-altitude vineyards lie at 500–600 m above sea level on calcareous soils. The vines are trained using the Guyot system, range from 5 to 12 years old and yield approximately 60 hl/ha.

Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for four months on its fine lees.
Technical data
Alcohol: 12.5%. Residual sugar: 4 g/L. Acidity: 7.1 g/L. Ageing potential: 2–3 years.
Tasting profile
Light golden yellow with subtle greenish reflections. The fresh, gently aromatic nose offers white peach and apricot, complemented by understated rose and citrus notes. Dry, fresh and full-bodied on the palate, it is juicy and slightly mineral, with a long finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Pair with fish, seafood, white meats or Asian cuisine.
