Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in the municipality of Verduno.
Grapes
100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification
Traditional vinification takes place in cement tanks. Fermentation remains in contact with the skins for 15–20 days and includes automatic pump-overs.
Ageing
The wine matures for approximately one year in medium-capacity Slavonian oak barrels, followed by several months of bottle ageing intended to enhance freshness and bouquet.
Tasting profile
The colour is ruby red and deliberately not too intense, reflecting the character of Nebbiolo. The ethereal aroma shows flowers and fresh fruit. The palate is dry and full-bodied.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–17 °C. Available in 750 mL bottles.
