Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the communes of Neive and Dogliani on limestone and clay soils containing some sand and silt.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and fermented at the winery for 20 days at 26 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for 14 months in French oak barrels and concrete vats, followed by a further two months in bottle.
