Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Fratelli Barba estate vineyards at an altitude of 50 m. The vines are ten years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested into small crates. The must settles for 18 hours at 12–13 °C before fermenting in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17–19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for 60 days.
