Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Rialzi vineyard at Tenuta Perano, in the hills of Gaiole, at an altitude of 500 m.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo traditional, strictly temperature-controlled vinification in barriques and stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
