Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo comes from vines aged 25–30 years.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at maximum ripeness and carefully selected. After pressing, the must undergoes fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels for exactly 18 months.
Tasting profile
The nose is rich in berry aromas. The palate is intense and spicy, with persistent tannins elegantly softened by gentle notes of ripe fruit.
