DaBatiè comes from the distinctly sandy soils of the Roero area around Monticello d’Alba. This origin differentiates it from most other Langhe Nebbiolo wines.

100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in October, with manual bunch selection. Maceration lasts 10–15 days in stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
Maturation takes place in stainless steel.
Tasting profile
A particularly gentle, savoury expression of Nebbiolo.
Serving and pairing
Pair with delicate ragù, white meat, grilled tuna and soft cheeses. Ageing potential is 5 years.
