Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Durella and Garganega grapes grow in the Alpone Valley in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates to preserve their integrity, then gently pressed at the winery. The must ferments at a controlled 14–16 °C. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees in autoclave for at least three months.
Tasting profile
The delicate, fresh aroma combines fruit and floral notes. The palate is soft and lively, with subtle fruit, hints of toasted bread and fine, persistent bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif.
