Storia
Early career
Gianni Tessari began his career in the nineteen-eighties. As a young man he helped in his family's vineyards in Monteforte d'Alpone, in the province of Verona, where only Garganega grapes were grown. After graduating from an agricultural institute, he dedicated himself to winery work, learning through hands-on experimentation and always looking for new ideas and new goals.
International recognition
In the early 1980s, the Soave he created together with his brother reached markets around the world. Its uncompromising quality opened the door to the international wine scene, and Gianni's wines went on to win prizes and awards of all kinds, including Tre Bicchieri (Three Glasses), the highest recognition from Gambero Rosso, which he has received 14 times.
Founding of Giannitessari
