Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from several vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated for three hours in a carbon dioxide atmosphere. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for six months.
Tasting profile
The aromas and flavours are balanced, with harmony between acidity, softness and salinity.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with fish and light dishes.
