Tasting profile
Mature red with violet nuances. The aroma recalls ripe grapes, ripe fruit and preserves. The palate is warm, rounded and persistent, with a fleshy ripe-grape character and an aftertaste that confirms the aromas perceived on the nose.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–20°C. Suitable throughout a meal, especially with red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
