Tasting profile
Intense pink in colour, with a fresh, fruit-led aroma. The palate is pleasantly and gently acidic, followed by an aftertaste that recalls the fresh aromas found on the nose.

Serve at 8–10 °C. Pair with starters, white meats, sausages and soups.
