The base wine is made from Cortese grapes.
Vinification
The base wine is infused with a botanical blend: bitter wormwood gathered in the Piedmont Alps, a distinctive variety of fragrant local peppermint, and lemons, traditionally used in Piedmont to garnish vermouth. Angelica, coriander and cardamom complete the blend.

Highly aromatic, with a beautifully balanced taste.
Serving and pairing
Made for classic cocktails such as the "Martini" and "Bamboo". It can also be served with tonic (elderflower-flavoured tonic works especially well), with soda, or neat over ice.
Label / history
Released to mark the company's 130th anniversary. The label states that it is made according to the "Piedmont recipe", a description that fits because its main ingredients either come from Piedmont or have strong ties to the region.
