The company has employed 30 permanent team members who work year-round for several decades, and does not hire temporary or seasonal workers.

Filosofia
The family's philosophy is simple: "Everything connected with nature takes hard work. Nothing comes for free. But if you are passionate about what you do, it can be the best job in the world." They state that every plant and every tree on the estate has a name and a meaning, reminding people that every day on the land is a miracle. The family describes themselves not only as winemakers and producers of olive oil, grain, and honey, but as farmers who care for their land and heritage as their ancestors did for centuries. They say: "We love our land. We respect it. We see it as the company's most important, irreplaceable, and vulnerable core asset. We did not inherit the land from our ancestors. We borrow it from our children."
