Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a single 4.5 ha, south-facing vineyard in Colli Berici, planted at a density of 4,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then fermented and macerated for 15 days in vertical stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months, followed by a further 12 months in bottle.
