Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in well-drained, heat-retaining stony soils composed of clay and chalk.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested late to develop their full sweetness and a complex, rich bouquet. After 12 hours of cold maceration, they are pressed, and the must ferments at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for approximately five months. It is filtered in March before bottling.
