Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from south- and east-facing slopes around Kaltern. The stony clay and chalk soils offer good drainage and retain heat.
Vinification
Ripe grapes are carefully selected and pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for four months in stainless steel tanks.
