Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the vineyards of Conegliano Valdobbiadene on stony clay soils and are harvested by hand.
Vinification
After pressing, fermentation takes place with natural yeasts. The base wine is then chilled.
Ageing
The base wine remains on its lees throughout the winter. In the following spring, it is bottled without dosage and matures for one year.
Tasting profile
The nose is pleasantly fruity. The palate is well balanced, with refreshing yet harmonious acidity.
