Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from estate vineyards in the municipality of Attimis. The vines grow on Eocene-origin marly soil at a density of 4,600 plants per hectare and are trained to single Guyot.
Grapes
100% Picolit.
Vinification
The small crop is harvested in late October and raisined for six weeks before pressing. Part of the resulting must ferments in new Allier oak barriques, while the remainder ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. The components are assembled in late spring.
Ageing
After blending, the wine undergoes prolonged maturation in barriques and develops further in bottle.

Tasting profile
