Grapes
The Manzoni selection is Incrocio Manzoni 13.0.25, developed by oenologist Luigi Manzoni as a cross between Raboso and Moscato d'Amburgo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September, gently pressed and given a short maceration.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif, with strawberry and whipped cream dessert, or with stewed meat.
