Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in Venice. The vines are 30 years old on average and grow in chalky clay soils of alluvial origin.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested into 5 kg crates, carefully sorted and dried naturally for 120–150 days. They are gently pressed in March of the following year.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in small oak barrels.
