Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Manditocai vineyard in Ruttars, in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, transported to the winery in small crates and pressed as whole bunches. After settling, the juice ferments at a controlled temperature, with equal portions in stainless-steel tanks and Hungarian oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine matures in barriques for eight months.
