Made exclusively from free-run juice, protected from contact with oxygen, and vinified in concrete vats.
Label / history
Part of Lungarotti's "1962" project, a modern take on two of the estate's historic wines. The number on the label marks the first year the wine was produced. The name refers to a tower in Torgiano that was dedicated to the god Janus in Roman times, later rebuilt, and became a symbol of the town.
