Grapes
The wine is made from selected grapes harvested at full ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed immediately in pneumatic presses. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in an autoclave.
Tasting profile
Elegant and characterful, with a delicate yet full character and a rich taste. The bouquet has a distinctive mineral note.
