The blend includes fruit from wild vines growing beyond the cultivated vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested on the day when the Moon is closest to Earth. After careful sorting and destemming, they are pressed and fermented in oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is prevented.
