The Carricante comes from selected grapes grown in the Pietramarina, Verzella and Arrigo contrade on the northern slope of Mount Etna. The freshness of these soils permits full ripening while preserving and emphasizing the character and complexity of this indigenous volcanic variety.

Alcohol: 13%. Bottle format: 750 ml. Contains sulphites and is a product of Italy. Energy value: 81 kcal/100 ml (339 kJ/100 ml). Ingredients comprise grapes and potassium metabisulphite (E224) as preservative and antioxidant; bottled under a protective atmosphere.
