Vineyard and terroir
The southeast-facing vineyards lie at 500 m above sea level on predominantly clay-limestone soils. The vines are 15 years old and yield approximately 8 tonnes per hectare.
Grapes
As the grapes ripen, they develop an intense golden colour.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of October. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least one month.
