Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of October. Traditional vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for nine months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by more than four years in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Greco di Tufo vines were brought from Thessaly to the province of Avellino by the Pelasgians in the first century BC.
