Vineyard and terroir
The 10-year-old vines grow at 400 m above sea level in clay and chalk soils. The vineyards in Lapio face southwest, while the plots in Pietradefusi face northwest.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October. Vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for approximately one month before release.
