Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards face southeast at 350 m above sea level. The vines are around 15 years old and yield 9 tonnes per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October. Traditional white-wine vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least one month.
