The fruit comes from southeast-facing vineyards at 350 m above sea level. The vines are around 15 years old and yield 8 tonnes per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October and undergo traditional red-wine vinification in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least one month.
