Vinification
Extended maceration takes place at a controlled temperature, with regular pumping over of the cap to soften the tannins and achieve the desired depth of colour.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barriques.

Refined and elegant, with an expressive fruit-led aroma. The palate shows ripe berries and fine tannins, followed by a fresh finish.
