Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the southeastern part of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Vinification
Harvest takes place fairly early, at the beginning of September, to preserve the grapes’ natural acidity and fresh character. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes cold static settling, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees until bottling.
