Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the biodynamically farmed Ca' Etta vineyard, where the vines are more than 50 years old.
Vinification
Selected grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with natural yeasts in large oak casks. Malolactic fermentation follows, and the wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine spends 18–30 months in Austrian and German oak casks, followed by at least 12 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Rich, aromatic and full-bodied.
