Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the “Camporenzo” vineyard on the hill of San Pietro in Cariano. Dedicated specifically to this wine, the vineyard is farmed organically and according to biodynamic principles.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from late September to early October. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts and lasts 7–8 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for nine months in 25 hl barrels, followed by further ageing in bottle.
