Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in the municipality of Sommacampagna, where the soils comprise clay, limestone and gravel.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October and gently pressed at the winery. A short cold maceration is followed by a long fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
