Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards on the hills of Soave, where the soils combine clay, limestone and tuff.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October and gently pressed, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with fish dishes, soups, poultry, chicken, white meat, rabbit, young cheeses, seafood, crustaceans and shellfish.
