Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the winery’s vineyards in the municipality of Sommacampagna, on soils composed of clay, limestone and gravel.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October and gently pressed at the winery. Cold maceration is followed by a long fermentation on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
