Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 450 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils in South Tyrol, Alto Adige.
Vinification
After destemming, the grapes are gently pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in large oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Powerful yet elegant, with refined, pronounced tannins and a classic Burgundian character. With development, its aromas and flavours gain harmony and depth.
