Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega comes from 25-year-old vines trained using the Pergola and Guyot systems.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October and gently pressed. The must ferments with a specially selected strain of wine yeast, with regular lees stirring.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees until March.
Tasting profile
Bright aromas of honeysuckle and melon lead to an elegant palate and a fruity finish.
Label / history
The 2011 vintage received a Gold Star at the 2013 “Vinibuoni d’Italia” competition. The 2009 vintage won a bronze medal at the 2012 “Decanter World Wine Awards”.
