Vineyard and terroir
The 25-year-old vines grow on steep hills at approximately 300 m above sea level, in soils rich in limestone and calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Traditional vinification includes regular pump-overs and three weeks of maceration on the skins.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in oak barrels, followed by at least six months in bottle.
