Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grapes are grown in the Barolo area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when they reach optimal ripeness and sugar levels. The juice stays in contact with the skins for an extended period. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 3 years in large oak casks, then for a further 6 months in bottle.

Elegant.
Serving and pairing
Decant for 2–3 hours before serving. It pairs with stewed or grilled red meat, steaks and full-flavoured cheeses.
