Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar as quickly as possible. They are sorted again, gently crushed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees, developing balance and harmony.

The nose is expressive. The palate is powerful, rich and lively, with a notably creamy, velvety texture, while retaining elegance and freshness.
