Vinified in stainless steel tanks, where it remains until it reaches maturity.
Tasting profile
Harmonious, juicy, rich and aromatic. According to the critic Ian D'Agata, it shows less of the pronounced "green" character that many people associate with Sauvignon Blanc, together with finesse and subtle concentration.
