An enveloping aroma of violets and woodland berries leads to a full, balanced palate supported by a firm structure. Velvety tannins carry the wine into a soft, fruit-toned finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 18–20°C. Pair with classic Tuscan antipasti such as cured-meat boards and crostini di milza, or with traditional first courses, particularly pappardelle with wild-boar ragù.
