Technical data

Tasting profile

The bouquet brings together citrus fruit, pineapple and lemon, with restrained earthy, smoky and herbal nuances. Balanced and harmonious on the palate, it combines a creamy texture with Carricante’s vibrancy and freshness. Persistent saline impressions define the finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 10–12°C. Pair with fish appetizers such as peppered mussels and salmon tartare, or with fish ravioli, cuttlefish linguine, turbot steak, baked sea bream and vegetable preparations.

Label / history

The name Chiuse derives from the French word “Clos,” historically used for vineyards enclosed by walls. Etna Bianco DOC is identified as the newest addition to the three-label Chiuse range.
