Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 150–200 m above sea level in mineral-rich, gravelly soils, at a planting density of 5,500 vines/ha.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in late August. The grapes are pressed and fermented at 16 °C in stainless-steel tanks for 4–5 months before bottling.
Tasting profile
Very fresh and delicate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and pairs well with fish dishes and white meats.
