Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at 150 metres above sea level, with a planting density of 4,500 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early October and sorted before a brief skin maceration. Fermentation follows the Charmat method at 16–17 °C for four months.
Tasting profile
The nose is pleasantly fruity, while the palate shows floral notes.
