Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the stony soils of Friuli, which contribute a distinct mineral character.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in the second half of September. The grapes are gently pressed at the winery, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests in bottle before release, allowing its flavours to become more harmonious.

The aroma is elegant and fresh. The palate is bright and lively, with a distinct mineral character and harmonious flavours.

The wine won a gold medal at the Concorso Mondiale del Sauvignon.
