Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards planted between 150 and 450 metres above sea level. The vines are trained using the cordon-spur system, and the fruit is picked by hand.
Grapes
A blend of Vermentino and Chardonnay. Vermentino contributes freshness and minerality, while Chardonnay provides structure.
Vinification
The must remains in contact with the skins for 24 hours, followed by a 25-day fermentation at 12 °C. Partial malolactic fermentation follows.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow. Aromas of fresh fruit and citrus are accompanied by mineral notes. On the palate, Vermentino's freshness balances the structure of Chardonnay.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, vegetables or fresh cheeses.
